Artwork Requirements
- Clear space requirements between the edge of the design and the edge of the box:
- 20mm from each edge
- Accepted high-resolution image formats: AI, EPS, PSD, PDF, JPG, PNG
How to order
- Choose your print preference (1 or 2-sided) from the drop-down, then choose your quantity.
- Select the Choose File Button button(s) to upload the logo or artwork. If you need to send an additional or an amended file, please upload your file to our contact form with your order number.
- A digital proof will be sent to your email within 1-2 days for your approval before the bags are printed.
- Please allow 7-10 business days from artwork approval for your bags to be printed and shipped. Contact us at any time to request an update.
FAQ
Where can I print on the white paper gift bags?
You can print anywhere on the front or back side of the bag, provided the design is inside the clear space limitations (20mm from each edge).
How long do I need to wait for my custom-printed gift bags?
Please allow up to 5-7 working days from the date of ARTWORK APPROVAL (not the order date) for the print to be completed. Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping, or contact us to arrange pickup at our Ingleburn office.
If I order other products at the same time as my custom order, when will they arrive?
All items within your order will be delivered at the same time. If you need your other packaging sooner, please place a separate order or contact us for further assistance.
I need my order fast! Can I place a priority order?
